The hotel's design is made in style of Great Ottoman Empire and is modeled after the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. It consists of five 4 and 6-storey buildings. The buildings are equipped with elevators.

The hotel is located 17 km from the airport, 20 km from the center of Antalya, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean - Kundu.
